How far in advance should I book?

Spring and early-summer weekends book out four to eight weeks ahead, especially graduation season. Off-peak dates are often available with a week's notice.

How does availability work?

Availability is calculated live from confirmed bookings plus a short turnaround window after each rental for cleaning and inspection. The quantity shown on each item is what is genuinely free for your dates.

Question 3

Do I pay online?

Not yet. You sign the rental agreement online and we collect the refundable deposit and balance in person by cash, check or card. Every payment is logged to your order.

Question 4

What happens if it rains?

Tents stay up unless conditions are unsafe. We honor one weather reschedule at no charge when you tell us at least 24 hours before delivery, subject to availability.

Question 5

Does equipment need to be cleaned before return?

Wipe tables and chairs down. Normal use is expected — there's no cleaning fee unless items come back soiled beyond normal wear or are returned wet.

Can you set everything up?

Frame tents always include setup and teardown of the tent itself. For everything else — tables, chairs, pop-up tents and extras — choose "Deliver, set up and tear down" at checkout and we'll handle placement and collection too. Otherwise items are dropped off at your site.

Question 7

What if something breaks?

Tell us right away. Accidental damage is billed at the replacement value listed for that item, deducted from the security deposit first.
