Deposits and balances

The refundable damage deposit is held against damage, loss, missing items or late return, and any deductions are itemized when it is returned.

Cancellations and reschedules

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Reschedules are subject to availability and any difference in seasonal pricing.

Cleaning and damage

Equipment is delivered clean, counted and in good working order and must be returned in the same condition, normal wear excepted. Linens returned soiled beyond normal use incur a cleaning fee, and lost, stolen or damaged items are billed at the listed replacement value.

Insurance and certificates

Certificates of insurance for venues and parks are available at no charge — request one at least 7 days before your event.
